MHLI provides you complete training and support.

MHLI will develop, deliver, and evaluate whole training programs, courses and specific course material. We can convert your traditional classroom courses into dynamic online learning.

MHLI offers a wide variety of our own courses in all areas of military and privatized housing operations which are of value to both federal and private sector employees. These courses have ranged from highly proprietary functional courses to more generic management offerings, all of which have been designed for today’s housing professionals. Our courses are interactive with lectures, discussions and exercises in practical applications. Plus, we offer on demand development of course materials for your staff.

MHLI is certified by the International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET) to offer Continuing Education Units (CEU) for our training.

EXPERIENCE:

2000–2010: MHLI was the trainer of choice to the Army for Family Housing, Unaccompanied Housing and Resident Communities Initiative (RCI) training.

2000–Present: MHLI is strategically partnered with the Professional Housing Management Association (PHMA) as their preferred provider for training sessions at their annual Professional Development Seminar and is the exclusive training provider for the PHMA certification program.

2009-2010 MHLI was awarded the Navy Housing Training Program contract providing development, updating and instruction for their Housing Learning Center and Navy housing training worldwide.

The Military Housing and Lodging Institute, a non-profit organization, is incorporated in the state of Virginia
and operates under federal statutes as a section 501(c)(3) or educational non-profit institute.
